These terms cover your use of store.ajsproshopgr.com and any order you place on it. The store is run by AJ's Pro Shop, 4486 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, Michigan 49321, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell new in box bowling balls. Every ball is undrilled and has never been thrown. Many are discontinued or closeout models that the maker no longer produces.

Photos and specifications

Photos and specifications come from the ball maker. Colors can look different from one screen to another, and makers sometimes change a color run without notice. Weights are as marked on the ball.

Availability

Most balls are one of a kind. If a ball is no longer available after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in United States dollars and can change at any time before you place an order. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax, which are added at checkout. Drilling, fitting, plugging, and any other pro shop work are not included.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a ball is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Drilling and fit

Choosing the right weight, layout, and fit is up to you and the pro shop that drills the ball. Once a ball is drilled it cannot be returned. If you are not sure, call 616-446-1732 before you order.

Returns

Returns are covered by our return and refund policy, which is part of these terms.

League and tournament approval

It is your responsibility to confirm that a ball is approved for the league or tournament you plan to bowl in. Approvals are set by the governing body, not by us.

Your information

Keep your contact details and shipping address accurate. We are not responsible for a package delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Changes

We can update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
